A Pictures Worth a Thousand Words...

So I just got my first digital camera today, which means the disposable cameras that I have been used to using will be gone once and for all. My friend Keri helped me pick it out online and helped me get a good deal. I had been eagerly anticipating the arrival of my package all week when the box finally popped up today. Ok, so that sounds a little lame; I was just trying to overly exaggerate the process to make it sound more intense. So anyway, back to the story. I really wish that I could have gotten a camera a lot sooner, cause right now, the only pictures I have to remember my college years are those of other people. Its been kind of fun playing around with the different functions all day and getting used to how to use it. Unfortunately, cameras can be kind of expensive. Not only do you have to buy the camera, but you have to buy the case, and extra battery, and another memory card because the one that came with it only holds like 8 pictures which doesn't get you too far. I may have to cut back on my Applebees visits for awhile!
